Talk
Speak openly, at your own pace and without judgement. Or just listen until you're ready.
Men supporting men
A supportive community where men can talk, connect and help one another through difficult times. No judgement. No pressure. Just a place to be heard.
What is Brothers in Need?
Brothers in Need is a non-profit community for men's mental health. Our aim is simple: a safe, welcoming space where you can reach out, talk, and know you are not facing things alone.
Speak openly, at your own pace and without judgement. Or just listen until you're ready.
Meet men who understand that life can be hard, online and face to face.
Find trusted information and the right routes to professional help when you need it.
Looking after your wellbeing
Simple, evidence-based habits from the NHS that help you feel better and more able to cope.
A text, a call, a brew with a mate. Good relationships are one of the strongest protectors of your wellbeing.
Walk, cycle, kick a ball about. Moving your body lifts your mood, which is why we walk every Wednesday.
A new skill, a recipe, fixing something that's broken. Learning builds confidence and a sense of purpose.
Small acts count: a kind word, your time, a helping hand. Helping someone else is good for them and for you.
Pause and pay attention to the present: your thoughts, your body, the world around you. It helps you understand yourself.

5 steps to mental wellbeingEvery week
A relaxed walk, a chat and some company. There's no pressure to talk about anything you don't want to. Sometimes just getting out and being around others can help.
New faces are always welcome. Just turn up.
